Jesu

Jesu is the project of Justin Broadrick – legendary musician known for Godflesh, Napalm Death, and Techno Animal. Unlike Godflesh, Jesu is slower, more melodic, and emotional, combining heavy guitars with shoegaze melodies, atmospheric textures, and slow tempos. Albums like 'Jesu', 'Silver', 'Conqueror', and 'Every Day I Get Closer to the Light from Which I Came' are masterpieces of post-metal. Jesu's lyrics often address loss, pain, isolation, and hope. The concert at Mixtape 5, Sofia, is a rare opportunity to hear this emotional music live. For fans of Godflesh, Neurosis, Isis, Alcest, and Deftones.
